I am sure you all have heard the tragic news in Aurora, Co.
12 dead, at least 50 injured.
News report state that James Holmes, 24, shoot up a theater in Aurora during a midnight showing of "The Dark Knight."
It's also been reported that Holmes was armed with three firearms. 71 shots, 10 dead bodies remain in the theater.
It's tragic and horrific news of what has happened, my heart goes out to the victims family and friends. I personally know someone who lived within walking distance of that theater. Thankfully, he doesn't live in Co anymore but his family is still there. From what I know, they are all fine.
But people are still waiting for the names of those shot to be released, including myself.
Some people have gotten some videos of people leaving the theater after the shootings.
One of the youngest to get injured was indeed a 3month old baby. But it's been released that the baby has been discharged from the hospital and is fine, back home with it's parents.
My question is, why would you bring a 3mo-old to a movie such as the dark knight?
My heart and soul simply breaks at this news.
It's horrible what has happened and everyone is wondering, why?
Holmes first threw tear gas into the audience and then fired shots as the gas filled the room.
Holmes was caught by police in the parking lot in the movie theater shortly after the shooting with his bullet proof vest and gas mask still on.
